  6. Have a licensed qualified property manager present at all showing appointments of your home. *NOTE: HR&PM DOES NOT just sign a key out to prospective tenants interested in viewing your property.
  7. Conduct a thorough Lease Application verification check of ALL prospective tenants & occupants through a Credit & Federal background checks, Reference verification, Employment & Income verification.
  8. Review of ALL applicants applications.
  9. Lease execution process.
  10. Pre-Move-In Inspection of Premises with Tenants and verification of any annotated defects of property.
  11. Ensure smooth transition of occupation of tenants within premises.
  12. Notify Community HOA of tenants occupation of property.
