Conduct a thorough Lease Application verification check of ALL prospective tenants & occupants through a Credit & Federal background checks, Reference verification, Employment & Income verification.
Review of ALL applicants applications.
Lease execution process.
Pre-Move-In Inspection of Premises with Tenants and verification of any annotated defects of property.
Ensure smooth transition of occupation of tenants within premises.
Notify Community HOA of tenants occupation of property.
