We protect their investment by only allowing qualified tenants to reside in their home. Being selected as a tenant in the Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC's property management program comes with the accreditation of being considered a "Qualified Tenant." Just as the standard of being a Qualified Tenant doesn't end at lease signing, neither does our job. We know that being one of the BEST Property Management companies in the Grand Strand requires customer, client, & tenant satisfaction.


At Hart Realty & Property Management, LLC we strive to ensure that we provide you, the tenant, with the most pleasurable living experience during your time as a tenant in our residential property management program. We believe in building long lasting trustworthy relationships. We look to achieve this through by ensuring we provide the following:
  1. A clean quality home. Your home of choice will be handed over to you with a thorough cleaning, clean carpets, and free of unnecessary debris.
  2. All of the home's systems & appliances are in fully operational condition. If they are not by the time that you move in...We'll make sure they are...within an appropriate time frame afforded to us.
  3. Provide you with a home that has been re-keyed and keys secured and accounted for at ALL times by our management team.
  4. Provide you with all necessary keys, remotes, passes, etc. to enjoy the home and the community amenities to the fullest.
  5. A copy of the community rules, regulations, covenants, & restrictions so that you the tenant are fully aware of what rules, regulations, etc. are to be abide by.
  6. A fair rental rate for you to pay. All rental rates are based off of current market conditions at time of lease signing.
  7. Timely response to maintenance issues that arise.
  8. Providing ease of rental payment
  9. Quarterly Inspections of our properties. Based on Lease execution.
  10. Ease & availability of communication with our staff.
  11. Honest & Knowledgeable maintenance personnel. When a maintenance personnel arrives at your residence, you can rest assured that as a representative of our company, whether as an employee or a sub-contractor, that they have been thoroughly checked out and will treat you with the utmost respect.
  12. Courtesy & Respect (Remember, it's a two way street)
