I placed my investment property on Hart Realty's property management program and am thoroughly pleased. I tried a few other companies and had nothing but un-pleasurable experiences. My property manager gave me an assessment of what needed to happen with my property to increase its leasing potential. They even had their own maintenance team to handle the repairs that needed to be conducted (which I was surprised at the prices they charge. Much lower than I expected). They've kept me abreast of everything along the way and before I knew it, my place was rented and has been for a while now.
