Maintenance Request
• If maintenance is unable to access unit on service due to tenant not being present or lock to unit having been changed, there will be a $35 service call fee imposed upon tenant of unit.
• Tenant will be responsible to make premises accessible for repairmen to complete repairs during normal working hours (9am to 5pm) Monday through Friday. ANY LOSS INCURRED FOR PROPERTY OR UTILITIES WHILE REPAIRS ARE BEING PERFORMED, OR PRIOR TO REPAIRS BEING PERFORMED RESTS WITH TENANT (such as water, electricity, sewer, gas, oil, or food).
