As we wind down 2009, we not only wind down another year past, but we also wind down another decade. For many, we take on the “rear view mirror” outlook and look back at all “the good, the bad and/or the ugly.” With much turbulence we’ve seen in our economy of late, taking the “rear view mirror outlook assures you and I that we will have a grim outlook on our position in life.

Rather than take the “rear view mirror” approach to winding down another year and another decade, why not take the “VISIONARY” approach to life and look at the opportunities ahead. Look at it as we are offered the opportunity to a fresh NEW YEAR and the beginning of a NEW DECADE in which you, me and everyone else can make a difference!

Establish a NEW VISION for 2010 and the 2nd decade of the newest century. Create a dynamic plan for your personal life, and business situation. Create not only a NEW YEAR’s resoltuion, but a NEW DECADE resolution! Whether it be personal or professional or both, creat a VISION for yourself… write it down…and post it everywhere around your house. Doing so will bring a daily reminder of the goals that you have established for yourself and will assist you in keeping those goals. Too often we create goals in which we desire to achieve, but like always, life gets in the way…we get busy…and our goals turn out to be one big failure. A failure that usually becomes an obstacle for many to create a new vision or goal somewhere down the road and prevents them from achieving success!

So as we embark on a journey into 2010, we at Hart Realty & Property Management would like for all to know that it is OUR VISION to prosper our clientele and deeply root a long lasting profitable relationship together with our owners and a long lasting relationship with our tenant family as well.

WE WOULD LIKE TO WISH ALL A VERY BLESSED NEW YEAR AND NEW DECADE~!

The Myrtle Beach Real Estate market has seen a radical change in the last year to year and a half, but what has remained relatively constant has been the Myrtle Beach Homes for Rent market. As a seasonal market, we see a few different demand shifts for our Myrtle Beach Annual rentals. Currently, the demand that prospective tenants are in search of are Single family homes and more specifically, Carolina Forest Homes for rent.

So what does this mean to the public? If you own a Single Family Home in Carolina Forest, tenants are looking to rent homes similar to yours! More specifically, the prospective tenants that we have call us on a daily basis are looking for these properties to rent.

Now most would say, why do I need a Myrtle Beach Property Management company when the demand is out there and I can rent it myself and save myself the management fee. To this I say…ABSOLUTELY YOU CAN! You can also fix your own car, replace your own roof, represent yourself in court when jail is pending and you can probably even perform surgery on yourself too!

The point I’m driving here is, we all have a profession. Yes, you can do anything yourself if you try hard enough, but would you rather a professional Myrtle Beach Property Management company handle an asset worth hundreds of thousands of dollars? I mean it is the same as if you were being sued for hundred’s of thousands of dollars, would you represent yourself in court or hire the cheapest attorney? Well, some might, but the smart are going to go after the best to assure themselves the best opportunity of protecting their interest in the matter. In this case, it just happens to be a home/property that is worth plenty of money.

So I ask, do you really want to manage the property yourself when there are professional tenants out there these days just preying on the “FOR RENT BY OWNER”?

If your situation requires you to hire a Property Management company in Myrtle Beach, then Hart Realty & Property Management is the company you are looking for. To find out more about our company feel free to visit our website at www.HartRealtyOnline.com

Hope to see your property on our management program soon!
