Fire Safety Inspections:

When owning investment property, the biggest concern one should have is whether or not the home is being properly maintained, cared for, and PROTECTED! At Hart Realty & Property Management, we take great pride in concerning ourselves with ALL THREE.

1. Federal Credit Bureau Check

2. Federal background check. This is very important because most if someone has a criminal background or is wanted in abother state, they typically won’t show up in most “state” checks which most local government agencies and background checks will only have access to.

3. Employment Verification. We confirm employment and salary from the prospects supervisor and ask for a recommendation from their supervisor.

4. Reference Checks. Though we do not hold much weight in references, as we all know most people are not going to provide references of people that will not speak highly of them, but what we are looking for here is whether or not a tenant prospect can provide 3 references.
